Shiitake Logs

Lambert provides ready-to-fruit cured Shiitake logs made from supplemented sawdust. Fruiting is initiated by submerging the logs in cold water. Mushrooms can be picked within 7-10 days after soaking. Typically the logs are harvested for three breaks before disposal, however, they can be kept for further breaks if they maintain their integrity and are not heavily diseased.
